INJECTION MOLDED Construction
In this method, the upper is placed in a footwear mould, in which the outer sole is attached to the upper by an injection of a molten polymer (such as PU) or rubber. This molten material bonds very strongly to the upper material as it cools.

WATER REPELLENT NUBUCK
As nubuck is made from top-grain leather, it is long-lasting and relatively durable. It is also more breathable than synthetic leathers and leather bonded with synthetic coats. To be made water repellent, the leather is coated with a water repellent treatment. This provides a barrier against the absorption of water, but if the water sits on the surface, it will eventually seep through. The water repellent coating can be reapplied if necessary.

TOP RETURN
100% metal-free composite toe cap that is 25% thinner than other composite toe caps, but still meeting and exceeding EN ISO standards. Thermally insulated, 45% lighter than steel toe caps, and elastic effect - in the case of compression, the toe cap will recover its original shape, making it easier for the wearer’s foot to be removed. Resistant to compression of 200 J.

TEXELLE
100% breathable polyamide fabric that is abrasion resistant and absorbs and releases moisture.

EVANIT
EVANIT insoles are constructed from EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) and a nitrile compound, and have a high bearing capacity and variable thicknesses (12mm, 8mm and 3.8mm). They are anatomically thermoformed (heated and formed in a mold), punched, covered in a highly breathable fabric, and antistatic.

ZERO PERFORATION APT
The Zero Perforation APT (Anti-Perforation Textile) is a high-tensile fabric that is more flexible, has higher thermal insulation and is lighter than traditional steel midsoles/mid plates. APTs are antistatic, non-metallic, non-conductive, and protect 100% of the sole from puncture hazards.

HEAT DEFENDER
HEAT DEFENDER PU is a compound devised to prevent heat from passing through the sole into the shoe. It resists 150° C for 30 minutes without its chemical-physical features being altered.
