What Is Considered Premature Breakage?
Premature breakage refers to structural failure that occurs during normal, everyday use and is not caused by misuse or external factors.
Examples may include:
- Sole separation
- Stitching failure
- Structural cracking or splitting not caused by impact or abuse
This policy does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, improper use, exposure to harsh conditions, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Coverage Schedule (Based on Days Since Invoice)
Coverage eligibility is calculated in calendar days since the original invoice date:

Coverage percentages apply toward the cost of a replacement item only.

- Claims are reviewed after submission of the completed form.
- Mintech Distributors Ltd reserves the right to request additional information or product return for inspection.
- Approved claims will receive replacement coverage based on the schedule above.
- Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise specified.
