UPDATE TO CLOSING HOURS

As the country reopens for business, we have updated our closing hours, effective immediately. 

Mondays - Fridays | 08:30 AM - 4:00 PM

 

 

SHOWROOM PRECAUTIONS

Due to the presence of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Jamaica, Mintech is enforcing the following Showroom precautions in order to best ensure the safety of our customers and our team.

Please assist us and the Jamaican public by adhering to the following guidelines. 

  • HANDS MUST BE SANITISED UPON ENTRY TO THE SHOWROOM.
  • SHOE FITTINGS WILL NOT BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT SOCKS.
  • CUSTOMERS’ HANDS AND FEET MUST BE SANITISED BEFORE FITTING.

Mintech showroom team members will administer a 70% isopropyl alcohol and water solution to sanitise the hands, socks and clothing of our customers. Customers who opt not to be sanitised before entering our showroom will not be allowed to enter.

ORDER PROCESSING UPDATES

In order to protect our customers and our team, the Returns and Exchanges procedures at Mintech will be adjusted while the COVID-19 threat is still at large. 

While Mintech will still accept all returns and exchanges, please note that all items returned will be quarantined for forty-eight (48) hours before being processed. Therefore, when an item is returned for exchange, the item to be received in exchange will not be dispatched at the same time. This is because returns must be processed before associated exchanges can be made. 

In view of this, it is suggested/recommended that our customers submit a new order for the items they want instead. 

For all customers that use purchase orders, a new purchase order will be optimal for all urgent orders. 

For customers who do not use purchase orders and do not have terms of credit, upfront payment will be required for the new order, and a refund or account credit of equivalent value will be processed in forty-eight (48) hours.
