AREAS OF USE:

• Used for the anti-cut protection of the hand that is exposed to danger during tasks with knives, penknives or similar manual tools. 
• Widely used in tasks related to food services, mainly when deboning, filleting or mincing.

• They should not be used near moving machines, this could cause the hand to be trapped.
