FOOTWEAR: UPPER TECHNOLOGIES



ECOLORICA

ECOLORICA is a washable synthetic leather (50% polyurethane, 50% polyamide) that is similar to natural leather in aesthetic and tactile structure. It is flexible, abrasion-resistant, breathable and resistant to chemical agents, such as lactic sodium hypochlorite, methanol, hexane, fluoridric acid, and sodium percarbonate.


SANYDERM

Leather treated with an agent that prevents the growth of fungi and bacteria by interrupting their metabolic processes, thus protecting against bad odours and guaranteeing hygiene and a longer life of the footwear.

TECHSHELL

Breathable, sturdy, water-repellent upper material. Highly abrasion-resistant fibres are woven directly into the fabric for high durability, tensile strength and resistance to tearing.


FOOTWEAR: LINING TECHNOLOGIES



SANY-DRY

100% breathable polyester internal lining that is abrasion-resistant and absorbs and releases moisture.


THINSULATE B600

THINSULATE™ B600, 600 g/m2 is a temperature-resistant lining suggested for very cold environments. 88% polypropylene, 12% polyester.


GORE-TEX

The GORE-TEX PTFE membrane is made of 1.4 billion pores per cm2, granting waterproofness and high-breathability. In addition to passing the EN-ISO 20345:2011 and/or ASTM F2413:2011 standards, footwear with the GORE-TEX membrane are subjected to incredibly strict tests by GORE-TEX to guarantee waterproofness and durability.


TEXELLE

100% breathable polyamide fabric that is abrasion resistant and absorbs and releases moisture.


FOOTWEAR: TOE CAP TECHNOLOGIES



COFRA TOP RETURN

TOP RETURN is proprietary technology of Cofra S.r.l. It is a 100% metal free composite toe cap that is 25% thinner than other composite toe caps, but still meets and exceeds EN ISO standards of I/75 C/75 with a compression rating of 200 J. It is thermally insulated, 45% lighter than steel toe caps, and contains an elastic effect - in the case of compression, the toe cap will recover its original shape, making it easier for the wearer’s foot to be removed.


COFRA FIBERGLASS TOE CAP

Fiberglass toe cap, resistant to compression of 200 J. Contains excellent mechanical properties of resistance to impulsive and static loads. Non-magnetic, reduced thickness, thermal insulated and 33% lighter than steel toe caps.


FOOTWEAR: OUTSOLE TECHNOLOGIES



ARCH SUPPORT

Polycarbonate and fibreglass support placed between heel and sole, which provides support and protection of the plantar arch.


ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT

Polycarbonate and fibreglass support placed between heel and sole, which provides support and protection of the ankle and prevents injury caused by twisting due to uneven surfaces.


ZERO PERFORATION APT

The Zero Perforation APT (Anti-Perforation Textile) is a high-tensile fabric that is more flexible, has higher thermal insulation and is lighter than traditional steel midsoles/mid plates. APTs are antistatic, non-metallic, non-conductive, and protect 100% of the sole from puncture hazards.


FOOTWEAR: INSOLE TECHNOLOGIES



EVANIT

COFRA EVANIT insoles are constructed from EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) and a nitrile compound, and have a high bearing capacity and variable thicknesses (12mm, 8mm and 3.8mm). They are anatomically thermoformed (heated and formed in a mold), punched, covered in a highly breathable fabric, and antistatic.


COFRA SOFT

The COFRA SOFT insole is made from scented polyurethane, punched for additional breathability, and antistatic. It is shock and moisture absorbent.
