As we continue our transition towards a wholesale model, our retail and in-store services will undergo changes. Please note the following service changes.

Discontinued Services - Mintech Lobby

Fitting Reservations

We will no longer be conducting fittings in the Mintech lobby. Please contact customerservice@mintechja.com or place your order on our website (see instructions below).

 

In-Store Retail

In-Store retail has been discontinued. All retail orders must join the standard picking queue. As such, orders should be submitted:

 

New & Updated Services

Website Purchases

You can now order on the Mintech website in 5 easy steps!

  1. Create an account (first time only)
  2. Enter your Ship-To Address (first time only)
  3. Select items and add to cart
  4. Enter your PO# in the order notes
  5. Submit

Note that:

  • Payment is not required on the website.
  • When your order has been successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email. 
  • Our customer service team will reach out to you by email, phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, communicate any issues/adjustments and to let you know when payment can be made. 
  • Items on website orders are automatically reserved for 5 business days. 
  • Seasonal & Special discount codes will be sent by email to all website customers for use on website orders only.
