INJECTION MOLDED Construction:
In this method, the upper is placed in a footwear mould, in which the outer sole is attached to the upper by an injection of a molten polymer (such as PU) or rubber. This molten material bonds very strongly to the upper material as it cools.

PUTEK is a new, extremely durable high resistance fabric and a technological innovation that revolutionizes the concept of safety shoes. The HYPERTEX system has shown a resistance 8 times higher than Cordura 1000, the fabric
considered among the most resistant in the production of safety shoes. This makes your work shoe a real barrier of protection, guaranteeing breathability and waterproofing, while remaining extremely light and flexible.

COMPOSITE TOE:
Rated ASTM F2413-18 I/75 C/75, these toe caps protect the feet from falling or rolling objects, and are made from a metal free, non-conductive, and lightweight polymer composite.

AIRNET SPACER®:
Three-dimensional tightly woven fabric, highly breathable, resistant to abrasion and wear, guarantees a great comfort.

COMFORT FRESH:
The COMFORT FRESH insole is made of perforated EVA and highly breathable fabric; anatomic, anti-static and provides high stability thanks to the varying thicknesses along the entire plantar surface.

ZERO PERFORATION APT:
The Zero Perforation APT (Anti-Perforation Textile) is a high-tensile fabric that is more flexible, has higher thermal insulation and is lighter than traditional steel midsoles/mid plates. APTs are antistatic, non-metallic, non-conductive, and protect 100% of the sole from puncture hazards.

DUAL-DENSITY POLYURETHANE:
Dual-density polyurethane outsoles are light and antistatic. Their structure allows for feet to remain insulated and warm in cold conditions and when it is hot, allows air circulation in order to keep feet cool. These outsoles provide a more cushioned sole for added comfort and have proven to be more durable than soles made without dual-density polyurethane. The soles are also slip-resistant.
